We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to drive new business acquisition across key growth regions. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with decision makers in Retail, Hospitality and F&B segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the review and segmentation of opportunities in the Retail, Hospitality and F&B sectors and develop commercial business cases to support investments.
  • Build a pipeline of business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities and ensure business profitability.
  • Manage customer relationships and work with supporting departments to resolve queries.
  • Achieve accurate completion of sales documentation and lead on the creation and delivery of new business presentations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in new business B2B sales, preferably within retail, hospitality, F&B merchant acquiring or related service Industry.
  • Previous sales experience selling to operations/information technology/finance stakeholders and understanding of retail, hospitality and F&B technology.
  • Knowledge of current sales techniques, sales pipeline development, and sales development plans.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering new business targets.
  • Knowledge of the UAE retail, hospitality and F&B industry or IT solutions within these sectors would be an advantage.
  • Experience of negotiating merchant acquiring agreements and knowledge of card schemes pricing models.

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and high proficiency in using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
