- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market dynamics to anticipate future trends and competition.
- Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs to drive mutual growth and success.
- Performance Metrics: Ensure quarter-on-quarter achievement of targets related to order book, revenue, and gross margin.
- Teamwork: Foster a collaborative environment within the team.
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in industry trends and technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, marketing, and support teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
- Business Development: Create new business cases for software and IT infrastructure solutions, focusing on return on investment and strategic planning.
- Customer Acquisition: Generate new customers from government, banking, and private sectors.
- Regular Meetings: Schedule regular meetings with strategic customers and prospects to ensure alignment and opportunity development.
- Account Management: Focus on increasing brand awareness, bringing in new customers, and meeting quarterly targets.
- Product/Service Mix: Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed goals and quotas.
- Vendor Partnerships: Leverage vendors and partners to drive business growth.

- Sales Certifications: Maintain sales certifications as required for product vendors.
