Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently process Non-Motor claims, resolving critical Broker and customer queries within the shortest timeframes.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient working and call standards and productivity levels to Non-Motor claims processing.
  • Provide regular feedbacks and reports on Non-Motor claims to the management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years with relevant experience in Non-Motor insurance claims.
  • Knowledge of P&C Non-Motor Insurance business.
  • Strong focus on service delivery.
  • Good English written, reporting, and verbal communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills and effectiveness in dealing with customers.
Minimum Requirements of the Role
  • Essential:
    • Knowledge of Home, Travel, Workmen Compensation, Marine Relocation, Personal Accident, Golf insurance policies.
    • Knowledge of Non-Motor Claims processes.
    • Good time management, good interpersonal, team orientation, people management skills.
    • Desirable:
      • Experience in CIRIS or any other claim processing system.
      • CII professional qualification is an advantage.
