Job Description

Job Title: Call Agent Quality

Role Details: To perform claims management and handling tasks according to various covers, guarantees, and services in the insurance line concerned, stemming from insurance or non-insurance contracts. Responsibilities include ensuring correct and effective resolution of claims files in terms of cost and time, aligned with quality and service standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process claims files according to guidelines and procedures, providing high-quality service to policyholders and reducing complaints.
  • Analyze incoming documents to determine claim coverage based on insurance contracts, conduct preliminary risk analysis, inform policyholders, and request additional information if necessary.
  • Review received documents daily, handle calls from clients, agents, and injured parties, and provide updates on claims files to ensure timely resolution and high service quality.
  • Support claims resolution and fraud detection efforts as required.
  • Make payments to providers and clients, and handle claim payments from debtor companies, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical procedures, regulations, and criteria through training and monitoring management indicators.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the Head of Travel Services.
