Job Opportunity

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Lounge Attendant. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables in accordance with safety standards.
  • Weigh and measure designated ingredients to ensure accurate portion control.
  • Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Store food in designated areas following proper wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
  • Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required.
  • Utilize approved recipes and production standards to guarantee quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and relay relevant information to supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Maintain adherence to all sanitation and safety requirements.
