We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to take on the role of Airport Region Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing ground operations across the region to deliver safe, secure, and on-time service.

  • Monitor station passenger handling and service quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.", "
  • Ensure Airport Managers are fully aware of our objectives and are updated on industry developments, marketing, sales, and service procedures.", "
  • Collaborate with fellow Regional Managers to share market insights, development opportunities, and ensure cross-departmental alignment.", "
  • Plan and develop customer service improvement programs with Airport Managers, updating Regional and Area Managers to utilize service products as sales tools throughout the region/network.", "
  • Assist airport managers regarding service standards, both customer services and flight handling, introducing and monitoring measurement methods to maintain high service standards.", "
  • Drive airport and ancillary sales, managing disruption scenarios to maximize revenue and minimize losses without compromising customer service.", "
  • Analyze station performance in passenger handling, baggage mishandling, inadmissible passengers, and on-time performance; identify shortfalls and develop improvement plans.", "
  • Address customer complaints with Airport Managers and report to Customer Care/Legal Affairs.", "
  • Oversee efficient handling of flight disruptions while maintaining service standards per Operations manuals.", "
  • Participate in negotiating ground handling agreements with Senior Manager, Operations, and relevant departments, providing recommendations.", "
  • Regularly review and analyze station performance, involving stakeholders in operational enhancements.", "
  • Ensure station contracts/SLAs are current and processed according to procurement policies and regulations.", "
  • Verify station invoices with Airport Managers, ensuring compliance with company policies.", "
  • Ensure stations comply with regulations and implement corrective actions when needed.", "
  • Manage station safety, security, and on-time performance targets, prioritizing customer satisfaction.", "
  • Maximize ancillary revenue and utilize budgets efficiently to minimize costs without affecting service quality.", "
  • Oversee training and development for station staff to uphold high customer service standards.", "
  • Support training and performance reviews through sound management techniques and leadership to maintain high morale.", "
  • Utilize local resources effectively within the region to meet targets and improve productivity.", "
  • Assist Airport Managers with staff recruitment to maintain quality and standards.", "
  • Ensure all contracts/SLAs are in place and that internal audits, quality assurance, and safety findings are addressed promptly.", "
  • Ensure compliance with our procurement policies.", "

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in aviation management or equivalent, and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
