Job Details

We are currently hiring an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at an Elementary School in Manama, Bahrain. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office calendars, reviewing correspondence, and maintaining office records.

This position requires a strong focus on attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication. The successful candidate will be able to type 40 words per minute with three or fewer errors within a five-minute sample.

To be eligible for this position, applicants must have one year of specialized experience in utilizing office automation software to receive/compose routine correspondence, schedule appointments, and compile data. Alternatively, four years of education above the high school level may be considered equivalent to the required experience.
