We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to oversee the management of our facilities.

  • Plan and direct facility operations, including personnel management and maintenance.
  • Oversee procurement and maintenance to ensure facilities meet project needs.
  • Establish policies and procedures for events and facilities usage.
  • C coordinate activities and events with other departments and external clients.
  • Ensure facilities meet technological needs by coordinating with IT staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring facility usage, operations, and equipment maintenance. They will also prepare annual budgets for building use and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage facility operations, including personnel management and maintenance.
  2. Coordinate with IT staff to ensure technological needs are met.
  3. Develop policies and procedures for events and facilities usage.
  4. Monitor facility usage and operations, including equipment maintenance.
  5. Prepare annual budgets for building use and facility maintenance.

A minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required for this role.
