Job Summary

We are seeking a Tax Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate and timely submission of tax returns, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve tax-related queries.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tax compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions, including VAT, corporate tax, and transfer pricing;
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve tax-related queries and ensure timely response to users across the group;
  • Prepare and validate quarterly tax compliance reports, including Effective Tax Rate (ETR) reviews and data analysis;
  • Support in preparing and submitting tax returns, including Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax (DMTT) and corporate tax returns;
  • Collaborate with external consultants and tax authorities to address tax-related matters;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) rules and Global minimum tax;
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including IFRS and GAAP;

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent certification;
  • Advanced PC skills, particularly in spreadsheets and presentations;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Experience in tax compliance, preferably in a Big 4 firm or regional advisory firm;
