Junior Tax Professional in Mergers and Acquisitions

A prestigious financial services firm is seeking a talented junior tax professional with experience in mergers and acquisitions to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in tax due diligence, acquisition and financing structures, and corporate restructuring projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive tax solutions
  • Develop and maintain expertise in taxation laws and regulations related to M&A transactions

Requirements:

  • University degree in Law, Business Economics, or Commercial Engineering – an advanced master's degree in taxation is a strong plus
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a Big4 firm or tax department of a law firm
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French
