This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven financial services environment. As a Trainee in our Fintech Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow within our organization. You will be responsible for assisting in logging and tracking vendor issues, change requests, and internal tickets. Additionally, you will support documentation efforts related to audits, regulatory submissions, and project reporting.
You will also perform data entry, record-keeping, and administrative coordination tasks. This includes preparing meeting notes, summaries, and weekly team status reports. Furthermore, you will follow up with internal teams and vendors on action items and deadlines. Maintaining organized filing of integration manuals, contracts, and correspondence is also an essential aspect of this role.
In addition, you will assist in quality checks of app features, sandbox test cases, or CMS content where needed. Your contributions will also be valuable in process improvement initiatives through research or documentation support.

Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also necessary. Willingness to learn and work across both technical and administrative areas is essential. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
