
Administrative Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide general information to clients and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Enroll and schedule clients in briefs, workshops, classes, and individual appointments.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing documents.
- Ensure that all client interactions are documented accurately and efficiently.
Requirements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
