This is an exciting opportunity to join our luxury spa team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact, you will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide exceptional service reflecting the French art de vivre.

The role is key to ensuring a smooth and luxurious spa experience, maintaining operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

To excel in this position, you will need excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of spa reservation software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a personalized and luxurious welcome.
  • Manage spa bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups using the reservation system.
  • Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, products, and promotions to assist guests.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and records.
  • Keep reception and waiting areas clean, tranquil, and stocked with brochures and amenities.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate with therapists and attendants to manage schedules and service flow.
  • Promote retail products and assist in meeting sales targets.
  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards.
  • Address guest concerns with empathy and discretion, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or French knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa reservation software (e.g., Book4Time, SpaSoft).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask calmly.
  • Impeccable grooming, polished presence, and engaging personality.
  • Knowledge of wellness, skincare, and luxury spa services preferred.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
