Telehealth Mental Health Coach Opportunity

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Coach to join our team at Intellect, a telehealth platform dedicated to providing accessible mental health support.
About the Role:
- As a Mental Health Coach, you will work one-on-one with clients to provide professional coaching and support for sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.
- You will also help your clients set and achieve personal or career goals, and collaborate with our internal clinical team to improve our program and platform.
Requirements:
- You must have an active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification or a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
- You should be skilled in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.
- If you're an ICF Coach, you'll need at least 200 coaching hours. If you're a Counsellor, you'll need at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation.
- You must be proficient in English and the local language.
- Candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles are prioritized.

What You'll Do:
- Provide one-on-one telehealth coaching to Intellect's clients.
- Focusing on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.
- Support clients in setting up personal or career goals, relationships, etc.
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.

Minimum Requirements:
