Key Retail Operations Role

We are seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead our retail operations, driving sales growth and excellence in customer service. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fashion retail management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that stores operate efficiently, with effective stock management and loss prevention measures in place. They will also facilitate the development and leadership of store staff, promoting a fully motivated and engaged workforce.

Our perfect candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization. They will be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a strong working knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure stores meet company standards and achieve set sales targets
  • Maximize revenue through effective sales strategies
  • Facilitate AM in controlling stock losses and reducing controllable expenses
  • Monitor daily sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Plan day-to-day tasks with store teams to achieve targets
  • Implement effective stock management and loss prevention measures
  • Maintain knowledge of financial procedures and ensure adherence
  • Develop and lead store staff to ensure a fully motivated workforce
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in fashion retail management
  • 3 years' experience at a senior management level
  • Background in sports or activewear retail preferred
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of local culture and sensitivities
  • Understanding of market trends and competition
