Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Coordinator to support our store's back of house operations. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock management and administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels by receiving and processing stock orders from the hub or warehouse.
  • Stock Retrieval: Assist the sales team in retrieving stock in a timely manner, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
  • Back of House Operations: Maintain a tidy and compliant back of house area in accordance with Retail Operations and Standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on all products and report any issues to the store lead.
  • Aftersales Support: Support aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintenance and Equipment: Evaluate and maintain stockroom equipment ensuring it is operational, reporting any concerns through Ask services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform ad-hoc administration tasks, including answering telephone calls and responding to customer service inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Organisational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Display effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer Literacy: Show intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment.
