Senior Business Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Strategist to develop and execute business strategies that drive organisational growth, foster a positive internal culture, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in client servicing or account management, with expertise in project management, multitasking, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, understanding client objectives and delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively, leveraging knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or advertising.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance reviews, showcasing exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage client expectations, provide strategic input, and foster long-term relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and project management platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to remain calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
Skill & Experience:
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, with knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or advertising.
