**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our establishment.

**Responsibilities:

  • Support all Housekeeping and Laundry teams with guest requests and delegate tasks efficiently to ensure an exceptional experience for guests.
  • Perform tasks to the highest standards, including monitoring appearance, standards, and performance of team members with emphasis on training and teamwork.
  • Provide excellent guest service and ensure that guest preferences and requests are met in a timely manner.
  • Assist with availability and release of rooms for guest service along with Floor Housekeeping Supervision.
  • Manage controls of the Housekeeping department, such as frequency of employees, release of master keys, and linen and uniform input/output.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
  • Previous experience in Laundry or a related field is desirable.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Proficiency with computers and programs, including Microsoft Office (intermediate).
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
