We are currently seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Food Service Directors.

The role of a Food Service Director involves overseeing the coordination and execution of food preparation activities, ensuring exceptional quality standards and customer satisfaction.

A key responsibility of this position is to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all food preparation areas and equipment. This includes:

  • Providing guidance and support to staff while ensuring seamless operations within the stewarding process.
  • Supervising the tasks of staff within the stewarding and housekeeping department, encompassing facilities, operations, and resource management.
  • Maintaining records of sanitation, cleanliness, and product quality, as well as verifying the proper use of cleaning chemicals and washing tools.
  • Setting inventory levels and authorizing storeroom requests.
  • Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager or Outlet Manager to review their needs for the current and following day.
  • Maintaining health inspection records, attendance logs, and employee files.
  • Taking necessary measures to minimize loss of silverware and flatware.
  • Fostering a safe and environmentally responsible work environment that safeguards the health and safety of guests and staff, while also protecting and conserving the environment.

This position requires adherence to company guidelines and protocols regarding environmental, health, and safety policies.
