Customer Support Representative Role

Job Description:

This role involves providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, responding to questions and resolving complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from customers and provide personalized support.
  • Build trust with customers by showcasing our services and products.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve performance metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer experience and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services by providing feedback on customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • University student (2nd year and above).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
