
Customer Contract Renewal Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional to lead our contract renewal efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely renewals of support contracts for medium-sized to large customers in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Renewal Management: Timely renewals of hardware and software support contracts for assigned customers.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on business practices and contractual implications, ensuring complete understanding of support services.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively manage cancellation risks and mitigate risks to retain and secure the contract base.
- Opportunity Development: Identify opportunities to grow the territory by selling value-added services like extended support or DDR services.
- Exception Management: Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
- Forecasting: Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in the territory.

- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for success in this role.
- Objection Handling: Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
