Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to lead our contract renewal efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely renewals of support contracts for medium-sized to large customers in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewal Management: Timely renewals of hardware and software support contracts for assigned customers.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on business practices and contractual implications, ensuring complete understanding of support services.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively manage cancellation risks and mitigate risks to retain and secure the contract base.
  • Opportunity Development: Identify opportunities to grow the territory by selling value-added services like extended support or DDR services.
  • Exception Management: Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
  • Forecasting: Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in the territory.
