Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Beauty Expert - Cosmetics Specialist to provide outstanding service to customers by greeting and servicing all visitors with the right behavior, attitude, outfit, and make-up look in line with the brand's standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering business goals defined with the Store Manager, satisfying customers' needs through cross-selling products, and updating management on any issues that need to be solved to deliver customer experience and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude and behavior, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.

  2. Deliver business goals set by the Store Manager, focusing on Customer Experience, Sales, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  3. Satisfy customers' needs by offering personalized product recommendations and promoting sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.

  4. Update management on any issues affecting customer experience and sales performance, such as stock levels, trends, and store tidiness.

  5. Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's image, layout, merchandising, and housekeeping standards to ensure consistency across the store.

  6. Stay up-to-date with market trends to inform product knowledge and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in the cosmetics industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of beauty products, especially specific lines of cosmetics.
