- Developing and implementing account management strategies to maximize partner success and revenue will be a key responsibility.
- You will personally manage key restaurant partner accounts, focusing on growth, satisfaction, and successful execution of account plans.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant partners, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met will be crucial.
- Cross-functional collaboration will help address partner concerns and optimize the overall partner experience.
- Data analytics will be used to assess account performance, identify trends, and propose strategic recommendations.
- You will prepare regular reports on team and account performance for senior management.
- Opportunities for process optimization and best practices development will be identified and pursued.
- Pipeline and attainment against team goals will be driven.
Responsibilities
- A passion for sales and a proven track record in sales, account management, or related fields is essential.
- At least 5 years of experience, ideally in sales, account management, or a related field.
- You should thrive in transactional deal cycles and demonstrate high ownership and dedication.
- Creative sales tactics to engage prospects will be highly valued.
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce) and Google Apps is necessary.
