Protect and serve our residential community by controlling access to the premises, safeguarding assets, and ensuring the well-being of residents and employees.

Your Role

This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in emergency situations.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, accidents, or security breaches, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Patrol the property, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, employee training, and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective security protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Residence Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing access control systems, including keycard entry and biometric identification.
  2. Responding to emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or suspicious activity.
  3. Conducting regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
  4. Providing support to employees during peak periods or when staff are absent.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in security, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Basic First Aid/CPR training and certification.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
