Security Officer Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in security and be able to provide excellent customer service.

  • About the Role: As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our property and guests. This includes monitoring CCTV cameras, responding to emergencies, and enforcing security protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Control access to the property and ensure that only authorized personnel and guests are allowed on the premises.
  2. Monitor CCTV cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activity or incidents.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
  4. Enforce security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the property and guests.
  5. Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address any potential security threats.
  6. Assist with emergency situations such as fires, medical emergencies, and other critical incidents.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum two years' experience in security field, preferably in hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Fluent in English, written and verbal; basic first aid/CPR & emergency response training; knowledge of safety practices in the workplace preferred.
