Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Training and Quality Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving guest satisfaction.
About the Role:- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met across all departments.
- Analyze guest feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop strategies for improving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee training and development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality training and quality assurance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
