Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Operations Manager to lead the performance of our Food and Beverage (F&B) outlets in Bahrain. This is a full-time opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • To achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned locations.
  • To develop a team of Multi Store Managers who can deliver outstanding results.
  • To continuously improve the guest experience and drive business growth.
  • To support operational projects and create business initiatives based on market opportunities.
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and customer service to ensure high operational standards.
Requirements
  • Proven 2-5 years of experience in a similar senior management role within the F&B industry.
  • Degree or relevant education in a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
