Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute strategic plans that drive university growth.
- Oversee finance, human resources, IT, facilities, and purchasing departments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and collection processes, while maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Ensure the efficient operation of all facilities, including maintenance and upkeep, to create a productive work environment.
- Oversee all purchases, including materials, supplies, and technology software, ensuring value for money and alignment with university goals.
- Manage staff salaries and benefits, adhering to government regulations and university policies, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Lead personnel operations, including recruitment, contracting, termination, training, and induction programs, to attract and retain top talent.
