Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute strategic plans that drive university growth.
  • Oversee finance, human resources, IT, facilities, and purchasing departments, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and collection processes, while maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of all facilities, including maintenance and upkeep, to create a productive work environment.
  • Oversee all purchases, including materials, supplies, and technology software, ensuring value for money and alignment with university goals.
  • Manage staff salaries and benefits, adhering to government regulations and university policies, and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Lead personnel operations, including recruitment, contracting, termination, training, and induction programs, to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and responsive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
