At Gulf University, Kingdom Of Bahrain, we seek a skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our executive office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be proficient in various software applications.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including preparing correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with university policies.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures, enhancing productivity and workflow.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, demonstrating expertise in secretarial duties and software applications.
  • Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a customer-service orientation.
