Logistics Operations Manager Job Description

This role involves overseeing logistics operations in Bahrain, ensuring a sufficient supply of operators to meet order demand.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Logistics and have a team of employees reporting to them.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners across Bahrain.
  • Create incentives and penalties to improve rider performance.
  • Manage and optimize supply chain operations to meet business needs.
  • Be the voice of the 3rd party to Talabat: listen to challenges and find solutions with the internal team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or management of a large workforce.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and question the status quo when necessary.
  • Results-driven attitude with a willingness to overcome obstacles.
