Job Overview

We are seeking a Capacity Development Manager to develop and implement strategies for capacity partner onboarding, exit, and development. This role will ensure consistent achievement of platform-scale capacity and efficiency targets across diverse regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Formulate comprehensive strategies for third-party logistics (3PL) capacity partners.
  • Establish performance evaluation mechanisms and incentive policies using data analytics.
  • Develop a full lifecycle management system, including screening, contracting, training, empowerment, and phase-out processes.
  • Devise regionalized strategies and adjust capacity structures based on market fluctuations and business cycles.
Key Requirements
  • Over 3 years of experience in capacity management, logistics, or vendor management.
  • Proficient in strategic engagement with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with proficient English communication skills.
