Job Description

As a Senior Search Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search strategies to attract top talent for senior leadership positions within the organization. Your expertise will ensure that our hiring processes are efficient, objective, and scientifically rigorous, resulting in the selection of high-performing talent.

You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your ability to analyze complex data and identify trends will enable you to provide actionable insights that inform our hiring decisions.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Technology industry and a proven track record of successfully sourcing senior talent. You will have excellent knowledge of tools used to identify future talent, including market mapping, and be able to conduct behavioral interviews using competency-based and psychometric assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective search strategies to attract top talent for senior leadership positions
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that inform hiring decisions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions

Requirements

  • Professional experience of headhunting from a reputable search firm or in-house search function
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to develop learning programs and improve their ability to source passive talent
  • Excellent knowledge of tools used to identify future talent, including market mapping
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends
  • Strong analytical problem-solving ability to identify patterns and trends from data
