About the Role:

  • Governance and Strategy: Develop a comprehensive remediation roadmap aligned with strategic objectives. Establish governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability. Design and implement policies, procedures, and operating models for consistent transformation execution.
  • Implementation and Leadership: Lead the execution of transformation initiatives to meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and timelines. Coordinate with compliance, risk management, IT, and business units to achieve transformation goals. Oversee group-wide training programs to build transformation capabilities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct post-remediation reviews to assess success and identify improvement areas.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption of enhanced processes and systems. Ensure effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field. Certifications like PMP, Six Sigma, or ACAMS are highly desirable.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in transformation management within the banking or financial services sector. Proven expertise in leading remediation initiatives and addressing regulatory gaps. Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in banking.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and compliance systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
