Job Opportunity: Cleaner

We are seeking a Contract Cleaner to join our team in Manama, Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of assigned locations according to contract specifications
  • Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas as required
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces as needed
  • Empty trash and replace liners regularly
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper as necessary
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisor immediately
  • Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and adhere to contract specifications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or similar role is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper storage methods is a plus
  • Biometric passport is required for this position
  • Effective communication skills in English are essential (Arabic language skills are an asset)
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift/move heavy objects if necessary
