Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of Cybersecurity Services products and plans, aligning with the company's business objectives and strategies.
  • Implement improvement initiatives to deliver customized solutions that contribute to revenue growth across various sectors.

Key responsibilities include leading Cybersecurity portfolio performance, ensuring its alignment with business needs and sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for growing the Cybersecurity service portfolio by introducing new products and features to expand the subscriber base.

Market analysis is a critical aspect of this role, as it involves identifying key trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to define potential opportunities or threats in the market. Based on this analysis, you will devise plans to address these findings accordingly.

The successful candidate will lead the development of a comprehensive Cybersecurity roadmap, identifying partnership requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.

They will also be responsible for planning and executing Cybersecurity Services implementation, including product development and activation, in support of defined strategies. Furthermore, they will oversee the commercial launch of Cybersecurity services in coordination with technical, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders.

Additionally, you will propose and manage promotional activities for Cybersecurity Services to maximize sales and revenue. This includes defining product requirements, transferring functional and technical analysis to relevant teams, and ensuring necessary alignment.

Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and business units is essential to stay informed about planned changes to technologies, working practices, and business activities that could impact the cybersecurity risk profile.

Finally, you will set plans to ensure a seamless customer journey across different products and offerings, including the development of customer satisfaction surveys and coordinating feedback mechanisms.

Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or any other relevant field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or any other relevant field.
  • Ideal experience: 8 years of relevant experience, with 6 years in cybersecurity.

The Product Lead is responsible for developing and enhancing security products that protect clients from emerging cyber threats. By collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, the Product Lead ensures that products meet market needs while aligning with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and technologies, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.

Product Management Skills: Proven experience in product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch, including agile methodologies.

Market Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively across teams to align product development with business objectives.

Customer Focus: Strong commitment to understanding customer needs and ensuring products address their pain points effectively.
