Job OverviewAs a Sales and Business Growth Specialist at Extranet Systems, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in Bahrain. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations of our infrastructure, security, and software development services to potential clients.
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, security, and software development solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivation with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
