Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Store Supervisor to join our retail team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales growth through the performance and development of the Store Sales team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in achieving the store's annual sales targets by maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct store operations audits to ensure compliance with standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Oversee after-sales processes, ensuring adherence to repair/return policies through effective communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, establish rapport with current and potential customers, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure promotions and pricing are accurate and compliant with company standards, and analyze sales reports to maximize stock potential.
  • Execute store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and record keeping, in line with SOPs.
  • Manage inventory, including inbound goods, receiving, stocking, restocking, transfers, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure the store's interior and exterior are clean and maintained to brand standards.
  • Direct the team to follow SOPs and uphold store appearance standards.
  • Perform cashier duties as required.
  • People Management: Define goals and KPIs for team members, implement performance management processes, develop talent through coaching and mentoring, and foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
