Job Title: Claims Resolution Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process claims files according to established guidelines and procedures, ensuring policyholders receive a high-quality service.
  • Analyze incoming documents to determine claim coverage, perform preliminary risk assessments, and request additional information as needed.
  • Review daily documents, respond to client calls, and arrange service provision to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Provide support for the detection and management of potential frauds.
  • Undertake payments from providers and clients, claiming amounts from debtor companies as necessary, to ensure optimal resolution time and cost.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical procedures, regulations, and quality assurance indicators through training and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software and systems.
