**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency by developing and implementing standardized recipes, portion control measures, and production guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards by monitoring kitchen operations and minimizing waste.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, including training and supervising kitchen staff, and working closely with chefs and kitchen teams to optimize workflow and maintain efficiency.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing to optimize costs, while ensuring proper storage and handling of food ingredients to minimize waste.
  • Implement strategies to streamline production processes and improve efficiency, monitor kitchen budgets, and analyze production performance to identify opportunities for cost savings.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Certified in the respective fields (HACCP, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a food production or kitchen management role in the café/restaurant industry
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality control
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in kitchen management software and POS systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple locations
