Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate performance and program management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate performance management framework, ensuring timely and effective execution of strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Provide critical business insights to support strategic decision-making, leveraging data analytics and performance dashboards.
  • Manage the preparation of business plans, annual budgets, and expenditure control, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Facilitate the execution of corporate strategy, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct periodic competitive position and market share analysis, generating key insights and corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategy development, project management, or a related field.
  • 6 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
