About the Role

We are seeking a talented Lead Videographer to join our dynamic team at KFM. As a Senior Videographer, you will be responsible for leading the filming of client projects and operating/maintaining video equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the filming of client projects, overseeing all aspects from conceptualization to final delivery.
  • Operate and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition at all times.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Stay current with industry trends and techniques, applying this knowledge to improve production processes and outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior videographers/content creators, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field.
  • Experience in directing on-location and studio shoots, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Prior experience in a media agency or similar environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content.
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram content types, as well as proficiency in video production software and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
