Job Description:

This role involves providing technical support to end-users, including desktop, imaging and printing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for server administration, monitoring, and maintenance, as well as storage and network management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Server Management: Includes server administration, monitoring, upgrades, disk space management, security updates, resource monitoring, drive defragmentation, hardware performance testing, and benchmarking.
  • Storage Management: Involves storage administration, management, and monitoring, as well as upgrade of applications.
  • Network Management: Requires network monitoring, administering, configuration, diagnosis, firewall management, and cPanel email setup.
  • Telecommunication Services: Includes internet, intranet, and extranet communication management and support, telephone system management.
  • End User Support: Provides desktop, imaging and printing services, end-user support for desktops, printers, and scanners attached to the domain, anti-virus updates, event log checks, disk space monitoring, resource monitoring, drive defragmentation, hardware performance testing, operating system maintenance, bug fixes.
  • Inter-office Applications Management: Responsible for Microsoft server active directory, anti-virus, and other general services.

Requirements:

  • Bahraini Nationality: A valid Bahraini driving license is preferred.
