
Business Development Manager

KFM is a leading media agency seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients within the target market.
About the Role:
You will build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their business goals, challenges, and advertising needs. You will collaborate with clients to develop customized media plans that align with their objectives and budget, presenting proposals and pitching creative advertising solutions. Your goal will be to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to maximize revenue and profitability. To succeed in this role, you will need to continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management. Additionally, you will act as a brand ambassador for KFM, representing its values and offerings professionally and positively in all interactions.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. You will also have 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the media or advertising industry. You should have a good understanding of media planning, buying, and digital advertising. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively. You will also need to build and maintain client relationships, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills are also necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Finally, proficiency in using software and other sales tools is required.
