Sales Professional

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales visits to both existing and prospective customers. You will sell the full range of products or specialize in one area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute sales visits.
  • Sell a range of products or specialize in one area.
  • Enter all relevant data into CRM system.
  • Maintain complete and current client information.
  • Manage opportunity pipeline effectively.
  • Review sales performance and prepare for meetings and reviews.
  • Build professional relationships with decision makers.
  • Provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Stay updated on local market trends.
  • Share information with colleagues to enhance effectiveness.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers according to sales strategy.
  • Create annual sales plans for own customer portfolio.
  • Develop customers through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Support marketing campaigns by visiting target customers.
  • Monitor customer payment behavior and assist Credit Control in collections.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any field.
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a related field.
  • Good communication skills.

Note: To be considered for this position, candidates must have the required visa and residency to work and live in Bahrain.
