The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of what makes high-performing teams successful in a globally remote tech company. They'll possess a proven track record of creating, leading, and executing strategy, driving change across organizations, and balancing strategy with execution.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build a team of Talent Development specialists, design and deliver core training programs, and establish a global learning framework for training and career fulfillment. You'll also be responsible for setting up leadership performance indicators and metrics, owning our leadership skills matrix, and taking a data-focused lens to understand trends and strategize career development frameworks.
We're looking for someone with strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in people management and budget accountability.
