Job Description

The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing a holistic understanding of key clients' needs and delivering innovative, customized solutions across all product lines. This role requires collaboration with product specialists across the bank to build a portfolio of client relationships, driving growth and profitability in designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate new relationships within designated sectors and manage existing ones.
  • Establish account strategies, drive revenue growth, and manage credit risk.
  • Develop and maintain a strong calling program, engaging senior management and stakeholders.
  • Enhance the bank's reputation and value proposition in the market.
Leadership and Teamwork:
  • Understand and disseminate the bank's business strategy.
  • Lead by example, representing the bank's values and reputation.
  • Implement and maintain Group Compliance Policy locally and regionally.
Areas of Knowledge, Qualification, and Experience:
  • Graduate degree, preferably at master's level, or 5-7 years of coverage experience.
  • Proven experience as a senior banker with relationship management skills.
  • Superior banking product knowledge, strong credit analysis, and administration skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, lead teams, and maintain integrity under pressure.
