Kitchen Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Sous Chef will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring a seamless guest experience and optimal food provisions. The role requires close collaboration with the Executive Chef to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations, including quality control and administrative tasks
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients while adhering to current legislation
  • Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to queries
  • Maintain pristine food storage and preparation standards
  • Contribute to menu development by incorporating guest feedback
  • Deliver consistent high-quality food across all hotel outlets
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • Lead the kitchen brigade to ensure a well-organized team environment
  • Optimize cost management without compromising standards, enhancing gross profit margins and other departmental targets
