Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.

  • Spearhead the continuous development of Launchpad—the backbone for world-class software like Ubuntu.
  • Advocate and advance modern, agile software development practices and help develop and evangelise great engineering and organisational practices.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative work environment that aligns with company values.
