Job Description:

  • Portfolio Management: Lead the company's growth across various subsidiaries and verticals using organic and inorganic strategies, including investments, partnerships, and joint ventures.
  • Optimize Portfolio Companies: Scale up and ensure financial success and sustainability of existing portfolio companies, aligning them with market needs and future demands.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for portfolio companies, setting clear objectives and goals for growth across multiple sectors.
  • Market Expansion: Identify areas of expansion within leisure, hospitality, travel, food & beverage, and other sectors, devising strategies to enter and establish a strong presence in those markets.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline operations and develop group companies and products to grow their market shares, potentially introducing new products.

Operational Management:

  • Operations Oversight: Oversee the operations of the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring efficient execution of business activities across sectors.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track progress and make informed decisions based on KPIs and financial metrics.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks impacting operations, financial performance, or reputation.

Business Development:

  • New Opportunities: Actively seek out and evaluate new business opportunities within and beyond current verticals, conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
  • Negotiation and Deal-Securing: Negotiate and secure deals that align with the company's growth objectives.

Financial Performance:

  • Financial Health: Ensure the company's financial health and profitability by developing and monitoring budgets and forecasting financial targets.
  • Cost-Effective Measures: Implement cost-effective measures to optimize revenue generation and cost management.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including managing director, board of directors, business partners, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Representation and Compliance: Represent the company's interests, negotiate partnerships and agreements, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
