Job Purpose

Safeguard company assets by reviewing and ensuring compliance of all transactions with established policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate fixed asset records through acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of fixed asset subledger to General Ledger balances.
  • Track capital expenditures and ensure correct asset recording.
  • Review invoices and supporting documents related to CAPEX.
  • Manage project module with timely capitalization.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting for capital expenditures.
  • Calculate depreciation expenses and allocate correctly to cost centers.
  • Produce fixed asset reports for management and auditors.

Main Objectives

  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Conduct monthly physical asset counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Review monthly P&L for responsible line items and maintain analysis.
  • Review monthly balance sheet for responsible line items and maintain analysis.
